Please be advised that the above mentioned has been provisionally implemented via the Schedule of Rates listed in SR&O No. 5 of 2011. (Gazetted on March 18th 2011).
The Grenada Customs and Excise Division is mandated to apply the rates set out in the said Schedules on goods originating from the European Union Countries, duly certified as such.
Further, the stamp used for certification at the Customs Department has been changed to reflect stipulations under the EPA.
